We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Human Resource Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and overseeing all HR functions, including screening and interviewing, orientation and onboarding, employee compensation and benefits, maintaining corporate and employee morale, maintaining all employee personnel files, ensuring enforcement of all policies and procedures, handling all Workers’ Compensation claims with the Safety Department, research and development, responding to questions regarding Human Resources, etc., and supervising the payroll department.
- Ensure policies, procedures and HR programs are consistently administered, aligned with organizational goals and are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and laws.
- Analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
- Consult legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with federal and state law.
- Develop and maintain HRIS that meets management informational needs.
- Analyze, maintain, and communicate records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments throughout the company.
- Plan, direct, and manage all human resources initiatives including recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations of the organization.
- Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
- Manage all Workers’ Compensation claims with the Safety Department.
- Three to five years of experience in a management role to include Human Resources, Workers’ Compensation, and benefits administration, preferably in a related industry.
- Human Resources certification preferred.
- Four-year college degree preferred.
