Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills and have a background in administrative tasks, human resources, and bookkeeping. This role requires effective communication and organizational abilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment while managing a team.
- Supervise front desk operations and ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage human resources functions including payroll processing, employee onboarding, and training & development.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks and oversee budget management.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, vendor management, and correspondence.
- Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism and phone etiquette.
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in team management by providing guidance, support, and training to staff members.
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role with supervisory responsibilities.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial record keeping.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective filing and record maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and clients.
- Experience in human resources functions including payroll management is preferred.
- Familiarity with clerical duties such as data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive team environment.
