Job Summary The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role requires an experienced professional to ensure the proper implementation of HR programs and policies. Duties - Manage the recruitment and selection process - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues - Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance - Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs - Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics Qualifications - Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive - Knowledge of Taleo, UltiPro, or Dayforce is a plus - People-oriented and results-driven - Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics - In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices - Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
