Job Summary

Leads and manages the HR Technology team, providing strategic direction and oversight on projects and assignments. Maintains and supports Human Resources (HR) data in SAP and the integration of HR information into related processes. Develops and provides timely and accurate standardized reports and ad hoc reports to support HR management and business leaders.


Essential Functions

Maintain Data Integrity and Privacy: Ensure the integrity and privacy of HR master data in system of record (SAP) and SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.
Data Accuracy and Security: Ensure data accuracy and security within HRIS systems through regular audits and data review activities.
Liaison Role: Serve as the primary liaison between HR and IT staff on projects requiring HR support.
Project Coordination: Coordinate HRIT projects, including gathering requirements, writing specifications, documenting process flows, developing training materials, and collaborating with stakeholders such as business users, IT, and HR.
Business Needs Assessment: Facilitate the assessment of business needs, evaluate processes, and define business requirements to recommend and implement solutions for new and existing HR processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Solution Implementation: Manage the testing and implementation of new or enhanced solutions and workflow processes to increase operating efficiency and improve productivity.
SuccessFactors Optimization: Optimize and provide technical support for multiple modules of the SuccessFactors HCM Suite. Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules to align with business requirements.
Workforce Analytics Support: Support cloud-based Workforce Analytics products by modifying pre-built dashboards and creating new dashboards. Assist clients in discovery and problem-solving activities through data analytics insights.
System Maintenance: Perform system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing, and implementation of system upgrades and patches.
Exploratory Research: Conduct exploratory research and analysis to identify technology enhancements that improve the end-user experience.
Report Generation: Generate reports and queries, including writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.


Education Description

BS/BA Degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resource Management, or other related field.


Experience

Requires a minimum of seven (7) years of demonstrated experience providing technical support for the implementation, development and maintenance of human resource related applications by gathering requirements & specifications, conducting analysis, documenting, training and coordinating with various internal and external customers.
Must have managerial experience.
Strong MS Office skills required.
Strong organizational, motivational, communication and problem-solving skills required.
Ability to address multiple activities simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet overlapping deadlines.
Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Experience supporting SuccessFactors HCM applications and creating/working with dashboards and analytics is preferred.
Experience in data management and system configuration is essential.
Knowledge of relational databases such as Power BI, Tableau and MS Access.
