Experience Required: Minimum 3year of relevant HR experience
Language Requirements: Bilingual – Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken)
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with U.S. labor laws
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the compas staffing needs across various departments.
Post job openings across multiple platforms, screen resumes, coordinate and conduct interviews, and manage the entire hiring process to ensure timely and effective recruitment.
Maintain and continuously improve the company’s talent pool and recruitment processes to enhance quality and efficiency in hiring.
Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, orientation, status changes (e.g. transfers, promotions), and offboarding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files.
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, helping to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through regular communication and the organization of employee engagement activities and events.
Prepare, analyze, and manage personnel data and reports to support HR decision-making and strategic planning.
Assist with payroll calculations and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
Collaborate with other departments and assist supervisors with various HR-related tasks and projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 year of experience in an HR-related role
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
Familiarity with U.S. labor laws and HR compliance standards
