Position Description:
In this key position, you'll use your strong hospitality background to lead training efforts, support our frontline team, and serve as the main point of contact between our company and our valued customer. This role requires excellent communication skills, a polished and professional presence, and the ability to lead by example.
Key Responsibilities:
•Train new team members with an emphasis on customer service excellence
•Act as a liaison between our staff and the client, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues
•Maintain accurate records, reports, and schedules using Excel and Office tools
•Represent our company professionally in all client interactions
•Support day-to-day operations with flexibility and leadership
What We're Looking For :
•Strong background in hospitality or customer service( 7 to 10 years of Experience)
•Proven leadership or training experience
•Professional communication and interpersonal skills
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
•Reliable, Organized, and proactive approach
