Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative / Lead Coordinator
Location: Remote (Must work in CST time zone)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, up to 8:00 PM CST; availability required between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST on weekends

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative/Lead Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and leads, providing prompt and professional support while coordinating appointments for our field sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•Respond to inbound calls, online inquiries, and warm leads with professionalism and urgency
•Schedule and confirm appointments for in-home consultations using our CRM and scheduling software
•Make outbound follow-up calls to reschedule missed appointments or re-engage interested leads
•Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment outcomes
•Handle basic customer service inquiries and route complex issues to the appropriate department
•Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality and follow-through
•Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance goals and KPIs
•Work collaboratively with team members and managers across multiple states
Required Qualifications:
•Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or lead coordination
•Strong phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
•High level of comfort using technology, including CRM systems, cloud-based phone systems, and scheduling tools
•Ability to multitask in a remote environment with minimal supervision
•Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-up skills
•Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (CST hours)
•Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience in home services, scheduling, or sales coordination highly preferred
•Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus!
