If you thrive on challenge, impact, and growth, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting difference.

- Oversee the successful execution of large-scale capital projects, including production facilities, logistics centers, and major office developments, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, sustainability, and performance targets.

- Establish and drive robust project governance frameworks, standardizing project planning, reporting, risk management, and performance tracking to ensure transparency, accountability, and consistent delivery across all regions.

- Champion cross-functional collaboration by partnering closely with engineering, procurement, finance, real estate, and operations teams to ensure seamless project integration from concept through commissioning and final handover.

- Strengthen organizational capability by mentoring and developing future project leaders, embedding global best practices, lessons learned, and continuous improvement across the project management community.

- Drive innovation and operational excellence in industrial construction, leveraging digital tools, modular design approaches, and lean construction methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance project outcomes.

- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects, with a proven track record delivering facilities exceeding $100M in CAPEX.

- Strong expertise in CAPEX planning, cost control, contract administration, and claims management, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior stakeholders.

- High proficiency with project management and digital construction tools, including MS Project, BIM platforms, and project reporting systems.

- Fluent in English with strong communication skills; additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish are a plus. Experience working with international teams and willingness to travel occasionally.
