How You’ll Make An Impact

- Lead the development and execution of technical training strategies across HV Services.

- Design and deliver engaging, multi-format training programs for internal teams and customers.

- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations to align training with business goals.

- Oversee the Collaboration Center and digital knowledge-sharing platforms.

- Mentor and guide a team of instructors, engineers, and product specialists.

- Drive innovation in learning through new technologies and methodologies.

- Define and track KPIs to measure training effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

- Position the Training Center as a national hub for technical excellence.

- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or related field).

- 10+ years of experience in technical training, engineering, or service operations.

- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.

- Strong project management and instructional design skills.

- Experience with digital learning platforms and training technologies.

- Proven knowledge of High Voltage systems and services.

- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
