Voltage is expanding, and we’re looking for a Training & Performance Specialist to help us drive employee growth, engagement, and organizational success. In this role, you’ll be at the intersection of performance management and learning & development — ensuring KPIs align with company strategy while building effective onboarding and training programs that empower our people to thrive.
You’ll collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to assess organizational training needs, deliver engaging learning experiences, and manage all aspects of instructor-led, virtual, and online training. · Partner with managers to ensure KPIs are defined, tracked, and reviewed monthly.
· Document KPIs that are SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound).
· Align departmental KPIs with overall company strategy.
· Analyze performance data and share insights with HR and leadership.
· Lead onboarding training for new hires, ensuring a smooth first 90 days.
· Oversee and enhance the 30/60/90/180-day milestone review process.
· Partner with leaders to track milestone completion and feedback.
· Support employee development initiatives tied to career growth.
· Manage logistics for all training programs (scheduling, communications, setup, materials, vendor coordination).
· Work with managers and SMEs to assess training needs and design content.
· Track training participation and evaluate program effectiveness.
· Continuously improve training delivery across the organization.
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
· 5+ years of experience in training, L&D, or performance management in a corporate setting.
· Skilled in facilitating both instructor-led and virtual training.
· Strong understanding of KPI frameworks and performance metrics.
· Experience managing training logistics, systems, and compliance documentation.
· Excellent facilitation and presentation skills; able to engage diverse audiences.
· Strong organizational and project management abilities with urgency in execution.
· Metrics-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on data.
· Outstanding written and verbal communication with a customer-focused approach.
· Collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across levels.
· High attention to detail, creativity in problem-solving, and reliability under pressure.
· Flexible, ethical, and able to balance independence with teamwork.
