H2S Safety Specialist/Confined Space Rescue Personnel

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused H2S Safety Specialist / Confined Space Rescue Technician to join our team in Fort St. John, BC. This role supports oilfield and industrial operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and providing on-site emergency response when required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide H2S safety coverage on oilfield and industrial sites

- Perform confined space monitoring and rescue operations as required

- Ensure all safety procedures and protocols are followed

- Maintain accurate documentation and site reports

- Respond professionally and efficiently during emergency situations

- Work closely with clients and site supervisors to maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:

- Must be local to Fort St. John, BC

- Clean driver’s abstract (required)

- Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test

- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety

- Physically capable of performing rescue-related duties

Assets (Not Required – We Will Train the Right Candidate):

- H2S Alive

- Confined Space Entry/Rescue

- First Aid / CPR

- Previous oilfield or industrial safety experience

- Common Safety Orientation
