Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Global Head of Engineering based in Bundaberg, QLD. The Global Head of Engineering will lead and manage the engineering team, spearhead project execution, and oversee engineering operations to meet the company’s global standards. Responsibilities include team leadership, developing and implementing engineering strategies, directing complex projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving innovation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and fostering professional development within the engineering team are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

- Proven expertise in Team Management, Team Leadership, and Engineering Management

- Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication

- Experience and proficiency in Software Development processes and practices

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills

- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or a related field

- Ability to work onsite in Bundaberg, QLD, with occasional travel to other office locations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

- Experience working in the manufacturing, mining, or oil and gas sectors is considered a strength
