The G&I Plant Supervisor supports internal and external client needs by performing job as requirements as well as training and managing staff, maintenance planning, training manuals, PFD, failure analysis and suggested repairs, scheduling repairs, timely reporting to client, waste materials inventories at the G&I Facility.

•Manage overarching workflows and critical pumping operations.

•Ensure all equipment is always ready. Report any discrepancies in repairs that may affect Safety and Daily Operations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
•High school diploma or GED is required.
•Must be 18 years of age or older.
•15 years' experience working as a Supervisor with FCO and Construction background or 15 years' experience in G&I waste operations.
•Experience with maintenance planning and diagnostic systems.
•A valid driver's license is required.
•Current BOP Certification
•Alaska Waste and Reuse Guide (Redbook) Trained.
•Knowledge and understanding of waste manifesting, transporting, and disposal.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience in Oil & Gas Facility Operations with knowledge of production systems and equipment is preferred.
•Familiarity with Grind and Injection Facilities and equipment is preferred.
•Drilling experience around mud tanks and mud pump systems will be considered.
•Well experience in Cementing, Fracking, High Pressure Pumping will be considered.
•Mine Processing equipment experience with rocker crusher, ball mills, rod mills, slurry pumps will be considered.
•Mud Lab Tech or Mud Training Certification
•2 years Loader Operator Experience is preferred.
•Mining equipment diagnostic and repair or equivalent skills is preferred.
•Construction background experience a plus.
•Maintenance planning background a plus.
•FCO of facilities a plus.
•Failure analysis a plus.
•Management of Change process a plus.
Work Environment:

•The position is on-call 24 hours/day while on shift. Flexibility regarding hours of work is required as needed to meet demands of the job. Position may be reassigned at any time to meet operational objectives.

The employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts; high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. •RANGE OF MOTION: An objective range of motion measurement will be conducted and recorded using a five position and rapid exchange grip strength test during the pre-hire/post offer FCE.
