We’re now seeking a motivated and dependable HVAC & Generator Technician to join our growing team in Mishawaka, IN. No prior experience required—just bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the desire to learn! We’ll provide paid training and all the tools you need to build a rewarding career.

- Perform service and maintenance on HVAC systems and standby generators

- Complete tasks such as changing air filters, oil, spark plugs, and checking battery levels

- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical components

- Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues for residential and light commercial customers

- Work independently or as part of a small team with a company-provided vehicle

What You’ll Bring

- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

- Great customer service and communication skills

- Ability to diagnose and solve technical issues (training provided!)

- Basic understanding of electrical systems is a plus

- Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs.

- Valid driver’s license required
