General Shop Laborer

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various production processes, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Duties

- Assemble components and products using hand tools and power tools as required.

- Participate in assembly line tasks, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process.

- Fabricate parts and products according to specifications, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity.

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery and handling materials.

Skills

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively.

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.

- Familiarity with assembly line processes and factory operations.

- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating initiative when needed.

- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work.

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting, standing for long periods, and moving materials as required.

- Welding is a plus, but not required

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
