General Shop laborer

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Duties

- Dynamic needs and experienced Operators for Press Brake, Turret, and Hardware Installation, and Grinding/Deburring.

- Dynamic is an AMADA equipped shop - Press Brakes, Laser, and Turret are AMADA.

- Latest Technology in Machinery and Tooling including AMADA 4i Blank and 4i Bending Engineering software.

- Operate and maintain machinery, including forklifts and power tools, in a safe and efficient manner.

- Perform your own inspection and quality checks.

- Utilize hand tools - Calipers and other measuring equipment to control Quality.

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

- Support warehouse operations by moving materials and products as needed.

Experience

- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is preferred.

- Familiarity with assembly line processes and mechanical knowledge is advantageous.

- Experience operating forklifts and using hand tools or power tools is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.07 - $28.00 per hour
