General Labourer/Shop

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of the workplace. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

- Assist in loading and unloading materials and products

- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas

- Operate basic machinery and tools as needed

- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors

Experience

- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)

- Familiarity with safety practices in a labor environment is a plus

- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed
