While working and reporting to the Maintenance & Services Supervisor, your duties will include:
- Proficiently utilizing a range of small tools including shovels, pinch bars, sledgehammers, brooms, and more. Operate machinery such as bobcats, forklifts, sweepers, condors, scissor lifts, and jackhammers to efficiently accomplish comprehensive equipment and facility cleanup tasks.
- Loading and unloading railroad cars and trucks to ensure safe and efficient logistics operations.
- Providing services for office setup and relocation, including lifting and transporting furniture, equipment or appliances. Installing items such as pictures and shelves to create functional and comfortable workspaces.
- Contributing to general cleanup efforts, assisting with painting, insulation, and supporting production activities as necessary.
- Your commitment to keep each other safe.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A valid state driver's license.
- The availability to work flexible schedules.
- The basic literacy and numeracy skills to support daily tasks and communication.
