General Managerto lead our team. We are a proud member of

- Lead Growth:
Drive the business to new heights, focusing on increasing sales, improving efficiency, and expanding our market presence.
- P&L Ownership:
Take full responsibility for the financial health of the business, ensuring we meet and exceed revenue and profit targets.
- Operational Excellence:
Oversee all aspects of our operations, including service, installation, and support teams, to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership:
Guide and mentor a dedicated team of employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Change Management:
Implement strategic and tactical changes with grace and ease, ensuring a smooth transition and continuous improvement.
- Experience:
10+ years of experience in the residential HVAC industry, with at least 5-10 years in a General/Regional Manager capacity. Experience managing operations with revenue of $70M+ is essential.- Skills:
Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales, operations, finance, and people management. Proficiency with Service Titan or similar dispatch/ERP software is a plus.

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a
base salary of $275,000 to $300,000 (with flexibility for exceptional candidates), a bonus, relocation assistance, and equity options with a significant anticipated return on investment.
