Our Edmonton facility manufactures industrial sealing solutions and sells industrial fasteners, serving as a key hub for our Canadian business.
We are seeking a commercially driven General Manager to lead this operation. The successful candidate will be a sales-first leader with a proven ability to drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market presence while overseeing site operations
- Take full P&L ownership of the Edmonton site, with a sharp focus on sales growth.
- Develop and execute a Canada growth strategy, aligned with regional and global objectives.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships, ensuring Flexitallic is the partner of choice.
- Drive commercial performance through pricing strategy, channel partner development, and pull-through sales.
- Lead and coach the site leadership team across sales, operations, and support functions.
- Represent the business in front of major customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations that support growth ambitions.- 7+ years of leadership experience in industrial manufacturing, distribution, or related industries.
- A proven track record of sales and commercial leadership, ideally in gaskets, sealing, or MRO markets.
- Strong financial acumen with full P&L experience.
- Demonstrated ability to grow revenue, expand markets, and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional skills in customer relationship management and channel partner collaboration.
- Canadian work eligibility required.
