General Laborer

Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team in a directional drilling company. The ideal candidate will be involved in various tasks that support production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout the assembly line. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. CDL is required for this position.

Duties

- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment on the job site.

- Assist in the assembly of products using hand tools and power tools.

- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.

- Various tasks as directed by foreman, crew leader.

- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

- Need to be able to handle physical requirements of job such as using a shovel, pulling cable, etc.

Skills

- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in manufacturing settings.

- Have knowledge on drilling and locating.

- CDL with a clean driving record is a plus.

- Must be able to travel within Oklahoma.

- Must be able to work 40+ hours.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
