Job Description
Peak’s Gate Attendant guards and monitors company grounds to prevent theft, violence, or other loss of company property.
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to
- Monitors entrances and exits preventing unapproved or unlawful entry.
- Patrols site on foot or in vehicles.
- Greets and directs visitors, provides temporary visitor IDs, and maintains a visitors log.
- Observes and reports incidents or suspicious activity to client representatives, company management, life/safety personnel or public safety authorities as appropriate for the circumstances and/or as required by the post.

- Work is regularly performed in outside weather conditions, including rain and extreme cold and heat; exposure to high wind, ice, snow, wet and/or humid conditions, vibration, and dust is expected.

- Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
