Full Time Customer Service Rep - Inbound Call Center

At Standard Oil of Connecticut, we are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our Inbound Call Center team. If you’re a problem-solver with a positive attitude and great communication skills, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing outstanding service to our customers. Your ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and offer product knowledge will make you an essential part of our team.

What You’ll Do:

- Handle inbound calls with professionalism, addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns

- Provide detailed information about our products and services

- Troubleshoot customer issues with care and efficiency

- Accurately document and update customer records after every interaction

- Stay up-to-date with our services and offerings

- Assist with additional office-related tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

- Weekday, weekend, and holiday availability is required

- Friendly, reliable, and customer-centric attitude

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus

- HVAC knowledge is preferred, but not required

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

- Previous experience in a call center (preferred)

- HVAC industry experience (preferred)
