Call Center Representative

Responsibilities

- Handle outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.

- Provide accurate information regarding Solar to potential clients.

- Schedule solar appointments with potential clients

- Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining confidentiality.

- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a call center or client services role is preferred.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus.

- Proficient in data entry with excellent typing skills.

- Ability to analyze information quickly and make informed decisions.

- Comfortable working in an office environment with various computer systems.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
