Our ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. The primary responsibility will be to answer all incoming calls and greet visitors in our lobby. Having a positive attitude is a must as the receptionist will work closely with all department heads and employees. Time management and highly competent computer skills will also be critical to the success of this role.
· Manage and utilize Microsoft Office Products for all day-to-day tasks.
· Data entry using Microsoft Excel on a daily basis
· Effectively communicate with internal and external customers
· Perform other clerical receptionist duties given by Management
· Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive
· Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
· Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
· Ensure reception area is presentable, with all necessary material
· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
· Must Pass Drug Testing and Background Check
· Proven experience in an office administration role or similar
