Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
The Louisville branch Administrative Assistant oversees the general administrative functions and activities of the Louisville office and acts as an HR, Safety and Corporate Recruiter liaison.
Duties/Responsibilities:
•Follows Mission, Vision, Values
•Oversees the daily activities of the office
•Performs general clerical and secretarial duties as requested which may include printing job packets, timesheets, DVIRs, daily huddle, receipts, mail distribution, etc.
•Conducts scheduling coordination of interviews, new hire onboarding in accordance with HR processes
•Schedules and tracks 30-,60, and 90-day reviews for new hires and temporary employees
•Manages Louisville Crew Attendance Program with tracking, communication and coordination
•Responds to and resolves human resource, safety and recruiting inquiries by coordinating with the HR manager, Safety manager and Corporate Recruiter
•Assist with reviews and discipline of teammates in accordance with company policy including scheduling and documenting
•Assists with the quality control program working with the QA Coordinator and VP of Louisville Operations including daily review, proper job type and descriptions
•Assist in the onboarding and tracking of temporary employees working with the Corporate Recruiter
•Assists with the Inventory Program including inventory status and shop organization oversight
•Responsible for office organization and cleaning
•Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
•Strong organizational skills
•Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
•Ability to work with little to no supervision
Education and Experience:
•Valid Driver’s License or State ID
Physical Requirements:
•Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
•Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time
