Fleet Assistant $20.00-$22.00/hr Peoria, Illinois

ELM Utility Services, with a team of over 1400 employees nationwide, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Fleet Assistant to join our team at our Corporate Office in Peoria, Illinois. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in supporting our nationwide fleet operations. In this position you'll be responsible for reviewing vehicle inspections to ensure accuracy and timelines, as well as coordinating the distribution of vehicle decals and registrations. Typical hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday, with starting pay ranging from $20.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Your specific duties in this role will include, but not limited to:

Reviewing digital vehicle inspections daily and communicating with our management team on issues/questions/concerns that need to be addressed

Assisting fleet administration with the distribution of vehicle decals and registration information.

Complete other fleet-related tasks

Qualifications:

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug, and background check. The use of Marijuana remains a drug listed in Schedule III of the Controlled Substances Act, and the use of marijuana (medical or recreational) is prohibited.

High School Diploma or GED & at least 18 years of age

Ability to navigate a computer including email and Microsoft Office programs

Strong communication skills including phone and email communication
