The Finisher role will be in charge of looking over a nearly finished product and bringing it to it’s finished state. They will grind/sand product defects, test the product with tooling, and blast product to ACS quality standards. This is an entry level position that will have on the job training.
- Forklift and jib overhead crane experience desirable.
- Must be able to conduct dimensional inspections of parts and check for quality requirements.
- Must be eager to learn, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and most importantly, willing to be trained.
- Must be willing to perform various other shop duties as needed.
- Must be able to follow directions and maintain a professional attitude.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to work within a team environment.
- Must be able to demonstrate an ability to use hand tools (tape measures, square, drill, saw, grinder, etc.) or have a strong overall mechanical aptitude and be willing to be trained.
- Must be punctual/reliable and be willing to work overtime as needed.
- This position is active and requires standing, walking, bending, and kneeling throughout the day. Team Member must be able to lift, push, and/or pull items 5o+ lbs. safely.- Must be willing to learn and adhere to required safety standards and practices.
- Must have or be obtaining a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
