As a Finishing Operator, you will play a key role in processing bulk materials and preparing them for shipment. This position offers hands-on experience with industrial equipment and the opportunity to cross-train in various areas of the plant.

You will have the opportunity to:

- Operate roll straighteners and cut-to-length band saws to process cast materials

- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to transport material throughout the plant. Load and unload trucks as needed

- Load and program the anneal and age heat treat ovens according to SOPs

- Use precise measuring tools (tape measure, caliper, micrometer) and document results

- Set up straighteners for cast material processing

- Follow detailed bundling and shipping instructions based on customer specifications

- Perform minor maintenance tasks and assist with facility/equipment cleaning

- Support other skilled or unskilled tasks as needed

- Cross-train in other plant areas to support production needs

- Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

- High school diploma or GED required

- Proficiency in using measuring devices such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers

- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including coverage for vacations or production demands

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate documentation

- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality standards
