Field Service Technician – Natural Gas Compression Propak Energy Services (USA) Ltd. – Williston, ND

- Opportunities to grow your skills through diverse projects, including overhauls, commissioning, and advanced control systems
- Perform field maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on natural gas engines and compressors (reciprocating and screw types)
- Troubleshoot and service instrumentation, PLC controls, and full compressor packages
- Handle general mechanical, fabrication, and millwright work in the field
- Support unit commissioning, warranty service, and product support
- Travel regionally as needed (overnights possible) while primarily based in the Williston area
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with compression, process, or production equipment (natural gas compressor experience strongly preferred)
- Strong background in heavy-duty mechanics (mine equipment, large machinery, or similar)
- Experience with Caterpillar and Waukesha engines, Ariel compressors, and related systems is a big plus
- Familiarity with instrumentation, PLC panels, and the full lifecycle of critical components
- Reliable self-starter with good computer skills, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset
- Clean driving record (able to meet DOT requirements), willingness for overtime and on-call rotations, and ability to pass background check + drug screening- High school diploma or equivalent
This is in-person work based in Williston, ND, with regional travel.
