Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Mexico, for a Field Sales Specialist. The role involves identifying and generating new sales leads, managing customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include conducting sales operations, creating tailored solutions for clients, and achieving sales targets. The Field Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

Qualifications

- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Proven experience in Sales, including lead generation and building a pipeline of opportunities.

- Proficiency in Sales Operations, understanding processes, and managing sales metrics effectively.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to execute tasks efficiently.

- Experience in the oil and gas industry sales, preferrably drilling.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or collaboratively with a team.

- This is not a side gig. Must be dedicated to Arrival.

- Must live in New Mexico

- Downhole knowledge is preferred, will teach the right applicant.
