Field Sales Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Field Sales Engineer to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to promote and demonstrate our innovative products and solutions, primarily focusing on boat propellers, underwater gear, and fabrication.

Duties

- Work with customers to create custom parts, showcase our manufacturing capabilities, and custom fabrication solutions.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify prospective clients and develop strategic approaches for technical sales opportunities.

- Provide pre-sales technical support by analyzing client requirements and designing customized solutions.

- Assist in the development of proposals, proof-of-concept projects, and technical documentation to support sales efforts.

- Create quotes and invoice customers accurately and in a timely manner.

- Engage in project management activities to ensure seamless implementation of solutions post-sale and coordinating with internal teams and clients.

- Build strong relationships with clients by offering ongoing technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Skills

- Excellent Project management skills to coordinate multiple client engagements simultaneously.

- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs, troubleshoot issues, and develop innovative solutions.

- Proven ability in Technical sales

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
