Water is a resource and a byproduct of all that we do – a critical element in offshore, onshore, upstream and downstream activities. The treatment and management of this water is becoming increasingly complex as our Oil and Gas customers work to keep pace with global standards, energy demand and environmental regulations.

At Siemens Water Solutions, our core business is processing and treating water and wastewater, addressing specific needs from simple products to complex, fully integrated solutions and service.

The operator’s role is subject to call-out service 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Typically, personnel are assigned to one of two 12-hour shifts when on projects. The operator is responsible for supporting the onsite supervisor or maintenance foreman. Projects are typically planned several days in advance prior to mobilization, and when not on a project, the chosen candidate is required to report to the shop for a normal 40 hr. week

How You’ll Make an Impact

- Participates in semi-complex equipment installation, trial runs, investigative tests, repairs and overhauls.

- Participates in training customers on semi-complex products and services.

- Performs semi-complex maintenance on equipment, testing of equipment, and completing documentation/QAQC of all installations, inspections, maintenance and repair work, and failures.

- Participates in responding to semi-complex service or systems calls.

- Participates in the assessment of semi-complex product/equipment performance, based on field data, and recommends modifications and/or improvements

What You Bring

- 2 years knowledge and experience in Water Filtration onshore or offshore. Highschool Diploma.

- Experience in pump repair.

- Ability to Progress into a Team Lead.

- Equipment maintenance experience.

- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
