Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, people-first professional to join our team as a Field Operations & Recruiting Coordinator. This role is critical to the success of growing our workforce for a dedicated state wide project in Arizona and will also provide HR administrative support to our other field markets. This position bridges operations and human resources—offering a unique opportunity to support frontline hiring, training logistics, compliance, and employee lifecycle tasks across multiple geographies.
Time Allocation:
•75% – Arizona Field Operations Support
•25% – Support for Other Markets
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding (Field Crews & Supervisors):
•Post job openings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and onboarding
•Support supervisor hiring pipelines in partnership with regional Operations Managers
•Coordinate new hire orientation schedules, paperwork, and welcome communications
Training & Logistics:
•Manage travel, accommodations, and schedules for supervisor training sessions
•Track training completion and certifications
HR Administration:
•Process employee status changes (new hires, transfers, terminations)
•Prepare exit documents and ensure return of company property
Payroll & Timekeeping Support:
•Investigate and resolve timecard issues
•Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee hours
•Maintain up-to-date field employee rosters and changes
Daily Operational Support:
•Provide direct administrative and operational support to the VP of Operations, including scheduling, tracking deliverables, and assisting with cross-market initiatives.
•Assist with special projects across multiple U.S. markets—supporting tasks such as vendor coordination, performance tracking, compliance reviews, and process documentation.
Qualifications:
•2+ years of experience in an operations support, or administrative role
•Comfortable working across multiple departments and markets
•Excellent organization, communication, and follow-up skills
•Experience with timekeeping or HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, or similar) preferred
•Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
