Flagger Force, an industry leader in traffic control, is currently hiring a Recruitment Coordinator. This position will be based in our operations services center, part of our exciting corporate campus in Hummelstown, PA.
The Recruitment Coordinator is primarily responsible for identifying top talent for field positions by pre-screening, conducting interviews and completing appropriate background screening for qualified candidates. Recruiters will aim to meet daily, weekly and monthly metrics while acting in accordance with company values, vision and mission.
Primary Responsibilities:
•Develop a pool of qualified Crew Member candidates for assigned regions.
•Pre-screen Crew Member candidates over the phone for minimum hiring requirements.
•Interview Crew Member candidates over the phone to determine suitability for the position with Flagger Force.
•Conduct required pre-employment checks for potential Crew Member candidates.
•Schedule appropriate Crew Member candidates for upcoming hiring events.
•Participate in scheduled launch and wrap-up meetings with recruitment leadership team to determine the effectiveness of recruiting sources, sourcing strategies, and process improvements.
•Collaborate with all team members as needed to promote team performance and culture.
•Attend job fairs and outside recruiting events as designated.
•Act as brand ambassadors by promoting career opportunities and job benefits of Crew Member position.
•Exhibit strict attention to detail, task organization and confidentiality of sensitive information.
•Maximize daily call flow by managing conversations and queue awareness.

•Minimum Two (2) years’ prior recruitment, customer service or related experience preferred
•Strong time management and organizational skills
•Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office systems

•HRIS experience is a plus
•Preferred experience working with iCIMS (Applicant Tracking System)
