About This Role

The Recruiting Coordinatoris an entry position for someone seeking to learn recruitment and make an impact on peoples’ careers. You’ll support the day-to-day of our recruitment activities ensuring a smooth candidate experience at each step of our hiring process. Big picture you’ll play a role in supporting Talent Acquisition, and ensuring we have a smooth process when hiring exceptional talent. Along the way, you’ll partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager & Recruiter(s) to help build out the scalability of key functions and participate in exciting initiatives we’re bringing to MN!

Hours & Compensation

This is a full-time position paying $26.92/hr – $37.75/hr. The hourly range represents the anticipated low and high end of the hourly range for this position. Individual placement within a hourly range will vary based upon factors including but not limited to candidate experience, knowledge, individual skills, and organizational performance.
