Field Mechanic

Job Description:

VanRos Services Inc is currently seeking a Field Mechanic to join our team. Clean valid Class 5 license, First Aid and H2S certification is required. This position requires at least a 2nd year Millwright, HD or Automotive Mechanic. This position involves the troubleshooting, servicing and repair of pumpjack engines. Previous experience would be a definite asset.

Duties to include:

-To operate an assigned field truck supplied by VanRos Services Inc. in a safe and efficient manner and provide required field service to VanRos customers.

- A field truck will be supplied with inventory parts, tools will be supplied by mechanic operating truck.

- Perform day to day customer calls for repair of pumpjack engines, hydraulic units and other related equipment.

- Complete daily paperwork, including inspections, hazard assessments and field work orders.

- Perform the required maintenance on the field truck assigned; including washing and preventative maintenance.

- Assist with Shop duties as requested

- Comply with all company practices and policies

- Comply with all OH&S regulations and meet or exceed customer safety and environmental requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay is based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
