Nelpro Project Solutions is recruiting a Foreman with a strong background in concrete repair and coatings. This role will oversee field crews, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain strict safety standards on industrial and commercial projects in Central Florida.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate crews on coatings and concrete projects

- Enforce safety compliance and maintain a safe jobsite

- Ensure high-quality workmanship that meets project specifications

- Communicate with project managers and support hands-on work when needed

- Organize schedules, manpower, and equipment to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

- Proven leadership experience as a Foreman in concrete repair/construction (coatings experience preferred)

- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and project documents

- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

- OSHA knowledge and safety-first mindset

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.98 - $32.49 per hour
