Position Summary:

The Facilities Technician will perform a wide range of maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks in both corporate and residential environments. This includes carpentry, general repairs, and basic facility upkeep. The ideal candidate is a reliable, detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:

•

Perform general maintenance and repairs including carpentry, drywall, painting, and minor plumbing or electrical work

•

Complete scheduled maintenance tasks for properties, equipment, and building systems

•

Support office and warehouse setup or improvement projects (e.g., installing fixtures, shelving, or partitions)

•

Conduct property inspections to identify issues and recommend solutions

•

Maintain tools and inventory of supplies in an organized and efficient manner

•

Respond to internal service requests from team members in a timely and professional manner

•

Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to track tasks, document work completed, and communicate with the team

Requirements:

•

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on carpentry experience

•

Broad experience in general maintenance (residential and/or commercial)

•

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

•

Strong work ethic, self-starter, and ability to work independently

•

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

•

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

•

Experience working in facilities, property maintenance, or construction environments

•

Familiarity with safety procedures and maintenance best practices
