We are looking for a Fabricator to join our Manufacturing Team. This role involves building, modifying, and assembling equipment such as trailers, skids, stainless piping systems, structural frames, and custom components that make up mobile and stationary water treatment systems. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to read drawings and turn them into finished, high-quality builds.
- Fabricate and fit structural and/or piping components to spec.
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and BOMs.
- Cut, grind, fit, and assemble fabricated parts.
- Operate shop equipment (bandsaws, drills, plasma torches, grinders, etc.).
- Install and align tanks, pumps, valves, and other mechanical equipment onto skids and trailers.
- Perform layout work, measuring and marking material for accurate cuts.
- Ensure all fabrication meets quality standards, tolerances, and safety requirements.
- Assist with staging, assembly, and installation of completed systems.
- Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow shop safety policies.
- Proven experience as a fabricator or fitter in an industrial setting.
- Ability to read mechanical and piping drawings.
- Skilled in use of fabrication tools and equipment.
- Comfortable working with stainless steel and carbon steel.
- Ability to work independently or with a crew to meet production schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.- Ability to weld stainless steel.
- Ability to fabricate or glue PVC piping.
- Experience in water treatment, process piping, or trailer/skid fabrication.
- Forklift experience.
- Familiarity with QA/QC checks and hydrotesting
