Fabricator/Installer

Innovation Welding is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Metal Railing & Stair System Installer to join our team. This role involves installation of custom-fabricated, high-end metal systems in both residential and commercial settings. You will bring a solid understanding of architectural metalwork, have superior attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems in the field. Communication is a must.

This is not a basic construction role, we’re looking for someone who takes pride in precision, and owns the final presentation of their work.

In this role you will:

- Ensure precise alignment, finish, and quality control of all installed components

- Collaborate with project managers, fabricators, and other trades on-site

- Conduct on-site measurements and minor adjustments for fitment and finish

- Maintain a clean and safe job site while adhering to all safety protocols

- Own the quality and final delivery of your assigned projects

Welding experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
