About This Job

Security Investments is seeking an experienced residential Alarm installer to join our tight-knit team. If you are experienced and want some additional work, let’s talk!

The technician will be responsible for installation and servicing of residential alarm and hard wired camera system installation.

Job sites are in Columbus area. Home office based in Columbus, Ohio.

Responsibilities:

•

Complete projects within established policies and procedures.

•

Complete projects within timeframes and budgets.

•

Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on safety.

•

Ensure installation vehicle has all materials, tools, and equipment to perform job safely and efficiently.

•

Install and service Alarm & hard wired camera systems

•

Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues.

•

Communicate with customers in a professional, considerate, and respectful manner, answering all questions and complaints to the best of your ability.

•

Ensure that the job site is kept in clean and professional manner.

•

Maintain communication with project scheduler and prepare for upcoming projects, ensuring all parts and equipment are available and ready for installation.

Requirements:

•

Must have 3 years plus Surveillance installation experience

•

Must be able to perform all physical tasks including being able to access roof and attic spaces

•

Professional in appearance, with excellent customer service skills

•

Great attention to detail

•

Valid OH Driver’s License and clean driving record required
