Are you highly observant, detail-oriented, and interested in working behind the scenes to support clients and law enforcement? Watchtower Security, a national leader in video surveillance for the multifamily housing industry, is hiring a Forensic Review Analyst I to join our growing team.
In this role, you’ll help review, interpret, and compile video evidence related to non-violent incidents — from property damage to package theft — supporting our clients and contributing to community safety.
What You’ll Do:
•Review and analyze video surveillance footage for reported incidents
•Handle non-violent, non-urgent, and less complex review requests (e.g., gate hits, package theft, pet messes, etc.)
•Write clear, professional summaries with key details like time stamps, vehicle descriptions, and individual identifiers
•Compile video clips and stills into case files for clients and law enforcement
•Maintain detailed documentation of review process and communications
•Make phone calls to clients and law enforcement as needed
•Collaborate with internal teams to resolve questions and troubleshoot
•Participate in regular team check-ins and training
•Monitor email and messaging platforms to stay informed and responsive
•Track and maintain productivity metrics, including review time and output
What You Bring to the Team:
•Bachelor’s degree preferred
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
•Basic knowledge of video/photo editing software a plus
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems
•Customer service experience
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively
