Experienced Hydraulic Assembler Wanted

Trompler Fluid Power, a leading American-made manufacturer of high-pressure hydraulic cylinders and fluid power solutions right here in Hartland, Wisconsin, is seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team.

As a key member of our production process, you'll be the final set of eyes ensuring every cylinder and pump meets our high standards before heading to customers. We take pride in our precision-engineered products, quick turnaround times, and commitment to quality—all built in-house in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble various high-pressure hydraulic cylinders and pumps

- Perform testing and make repairs as needed

- Prepare and ship finished products to customers

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment

- Use hand and power tools effectively to manage assemblies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience in high-pressure hydraulic cylinder assembly

- Strong blueprint reading abilities

- Solid understanding of hydraulics principles

- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics

- Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail

- Comfortable standing and lifting up to 50 lbs. for an 8-hour shift in a shop environment

- Commitment to keeping a tidy and organized workspace
