About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enabling the CEO to focus on business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
•Facilitate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
•Oversee administrative tasks, including document management and filing.
•Plan and organize high-level meetings, events, and conferences.
•Conduct research and provide briefings on industry trends and business matters.
•Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing tasks and managing incoming requests efficiently.
•Support special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
•Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a corporate or executive-level environment.
•Demonstrated maturity, professionalism, and experience in working with senior executives, understanding the nuances of executive communication and decision-making.
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
•Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
•High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
