Our Sales team plays a critical role in driving growth and delivering value to our customers. We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Vice President of Sales in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
About the Role
As the Executive Assistant to the VP of Sales, you will be a trusted partner, enabling the VP to operate at maximum efficiency. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, communication, and scheduling while keeping an eye on key priorities and deadlines. This role requires discretion, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs.
Key Responsibilities
•Provide high-level administrative support to the VP of Sales
•Manage and optimize complex calendars, meetings, and travel logistics
•Prepare, edit, and manage reports, presentations, and correspondence
•Track sales initiatives, deadlines, and action items; assist with follow-ups
•Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the VP
•Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
•Support planning and coordination of sales team events, meetings, and off-sites
•Assist with CRM data entry, pipeline tracking, and sales reporting (as needed)
Qualifications
•3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior sales leadership
•Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
•Tech-savvy; proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
•Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative
•Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
