Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a dynamic startup environment, and a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism. You will be a trusted partner, playing a key role in helping our executive team operate efficiently.
•Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments
•Coordinate and organize internal/external meetings and events
•Prepare documents, presentations, and reports
•Take meeting notes and track follow-ups to ensure action items are completed
•Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
•Communicate with team members, clients, and partners on behalf of the CEO
•Assist with ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed
•Help build systems and workflows to improve executive productivity
Requirements
•2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or administrative role preferred
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
•Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite of products
•High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
•Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
•Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
