- Provide executive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Organize and plan events, ensuring all details are meticulously handled.
- Assist with project coordination, tracking progress and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain office management functions, including filing, data entry, and clerical tasks.
- Handle phone etiquette with professionalism while managing multi-line phone systems.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document preparation, presentations, and correspondence.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed and assist with financial documentation.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Conduct transcription of meetings or notes as required.
- Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Experience with calendar management using Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
- Familiarity with DocuSign for document management and electronic signatures.
- Excellent typing skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading and transcription tasks.
- Previous administrative experience in an office environment is essential; personal assistant experience is a plus.
