We’re seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a rapidly growing company. This is not a traditional assistant role as it requires a highly motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment who can manage both administrative and strategic priorities with excellence.
The ideal candidate is a self-started, innovative thinker, and trusted partner who balances precision with big-picture thinking. You’ll oversee the CEO travel schedule, communications, events and cross-functional projects while leveraging technology and AI tools to streamline the workflow. This role demands adaptability, flexibility, professionalism, and strict confidentiality at all times.
· Design and prepare PowerPoint presentations, board decks, and investor materials with precision and creativity.
· Conduct research, synthesize insights, and draft briefing materials for key meetings and strategic initiatives.
· Oversee company-wide and cross-functional projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are tracked.
· Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
· Anticipate needs, identify opportunities, and proactively remove obstacles to enable leadership to focus on high-value activities.
· Provide event planning and coordination assistance, including internal meetings, offsites and external engagements.
· Three to Five years of experience in executive support, operations or project management roles.
· Proficiency in AI platforms/tools, productivity applications, and emerging technologies.
· Advanced PowerPoint and presentation design skills; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
· Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written and visual); ability to draft, edit and present at an executive level.
· Strategic and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, travel and events in a dynamic environment.
· Experience supporting senior executives in fast-growing or high-stakes environments.
