To help continue our success, we are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional ready to serve as the cornerstone to our executive team. This person will be filling the role of Executive Administrative Assistant at our company headquarters in Davenport, Iowa. As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you will find yourself an integral part of ensuring our executive offices continue to run smoothly and successfully. The position is a full-time, hourly, Monday through Friday role.
This position is in an office setting with frequent use of computers and printers/copiers. While sitting is a primary function of the position, the workspace does provide a standing desk for those interested in such a feature. Walking, bending, and lifting will be required in various capacities depending on the specific tasks for the day.
Ability to pass a drug screen, which includes marijuana/THC, and a background and/or credit check is required.
